history of spaceygrl's movie review
while watching a movie that i recommended with my cousin and her roommate, i took a second to look at their faces and realized: this movie may not be for everyone. a flick that i sincerely enjoy and think is masterful with plot and cinematography was quite gruesome to the average viewer. the movie is labeled a "horror" but i assured my cousin beforehand that it was not - to me, it wasn't horror in the sense of monsters and scary phone calls. after sitting back and looking at it objectively, i realized movies i like might not please others. thus, i decided to start a movie review catered to helping others find the right movie for the mood and time: spaceygrl's movie review. this is the place to come for reviews of independent and foreign films; to find movies you may never have heard of and try something new. i will try to predict what people would think of it and hopefully you will find someone with whom you have similar movie tastes to help you decide to watch or not watch a movie.
